Miss Sheila began her early dance studies in Scotland where she was a champion Highland Dancer for the West Coast of Scotland.  After emigrating to the United States, she studied with Al Gilbert, Joe Tremaine and Luigi, just to name a few.

Miss Sheila has been teaching for the past thirty years and she continues to take her teachers and students to Master Classes and Workshops.
