**Parents please read before booking your session**

When Booking your Session use the Dancers Name when it asks for "your name"

Then use the Parents Email and Phone Number

Each Session will have a Single Dancer per Session. For multiple Dancers you can select multiple sessions as long as a it's single dancer per session. See examples below for Family or multiple classes.

How to book your session:

• Select your first Time Slot (Class)
• "Your Information" - Use Dancers Full Name. You can also add multiple names, if multiple dancers just use a comma ( Ex: Rachel Smith, Diana Smith, Tay Smith) then Parents Email and Phone Number
• Then Select your Package (How many Portrait Sessions needed).
• Optional Add - On's like Family / Friend , Father / Dancer Session, Flash Drive, Etc...
• Parent Consent with Signature
• Fill out the Questionnaire:

Select your method of payment. Payment will be due at the time of Booking. Your booking confirmation email will have the additional details if you plan to pay thru Apple Pay, or Cash App. If paying cash, you can drop it off at the Dance Studio in envelope provided with the dancers name. Additional envelopes available at the front counter.

Select your class session time slot. If you are only doing one portrait session, check that class box and then scroll to the bottom to continue. If you have chosen multiple portrait sessions, or Family/ Friend, Father/ Dancer Sessions , Select all class time slots for your package. You will receive an additional email from the Photographer to confirm what Dancer will be slotted at each session.

• Booking Confirmation: This will show total price for session, with any add-ons.

Please select your Class below to begin booking your session. If you are booking multiple sessions / classes, you will be prompted during the questionnaire to select all session times for your package. Please lookout for email confirmation from Photos by M3L to confirm your dancer was added to the additional class time slots.

Family's with multiple dancers & Dancers with multiple classes:

Examples of how to book a Session:

• If you have 1 Dancer that attends 1 class = 1 Portrait Session
• If you have 1 Dancer that attends 3 classes = you can choose a Single Session and pick what class you would like pictures with, or you can also choose to do 2 or 3 portrait sessions, one for each class. You can also choose to add just the Class picture for the other classes.
• If you have 2 Dancers that take 1 class each = you can choose 2 portrait sessions , and add on Friends/ Family Portraits session if you would like.
• If you have 3 Dancers that take 2 classes each = you can choose a 4 portrait session, add the additional sessions after 4, and add on Family/Sibling Portraits session if you would like.
• If you have 2 Dancers and one takes 1 class and the other dancer takes 2 classes. It's best to do a 3 portrait session, and add on the Family/Sibling Portraits if you would like. You can also choose to add just the Class picture for the other class.
• If you have 3 Dancers that take 2 classes each and only want to do a portrait session each = it's best to do the 3 Portrait Session and add on Family/Sibling Portraits session if you would like. You can also choose to add just the Class picture for the other classes.

There is a Picture Make-up day scheduled for Saturday March 21st for anyone that missed their session.

Booking Site will close on SATURDAY 3/7!

Walk-ins will be allowed based on availability at the end of the class, or can be scheduled during the Make-up day on 3/21.
