Use of this website's Disclaimer and Warning |All still pictures, images, signage, drawings, video clips and choreography of any Sunshine Dance Center, LLC, of New Haven County, in the State of Connecticut (Sunshine) dance lesson, recital book photography, images of fellow students, teachers, assistants, helpers, administrative and technical staff, owners, facilities, performance venues and proprietary content including but not limited to any tangible medium of choreography taught within Sunshine (materials) are the sole property of Sunshine and subject to federal copyright protection laws. By your presence on this website you understand and agree (Agreements) that you do not have permission to use or replicate any materials herein or beyond as all materials are solely the intellectual property of Sunshine and cannot be replicated, reproduced or used without Sunshine’s explicit, written and signed consent by owners and dated in the current year, and whereby unauthorized use of Sunshine's materials can mislead public into believing a false association with Sunshine for commercial purposes (self-serving, monetizing, or advertising) constitutes a violation of Sunshine's rights, and breaches of copyright and false advertising laws which will be prosecuted to the full extent of state and federal laws and should Sunshine or anyone acting on its behalf, incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce Sunshine's sole use of proprietary materials, in accordance to federal and state laws, any legal action enforcing said Agreements will be held in Connecticut courts which you agree to by your presence on this site to indemnify, defend and hold Sunshine harmless for all such fees and costs.
